About our Staff
With over 200 instructors, coaches, leaders, and supporting employees, CSC has one of the largest and most diverse staffs in our industry. Coaches and instructors are trained for the activity they teach, and all CSC employees are CPR & First Aid certified.
Many of our staff members have degrees, professional certifications and memberships in their areas of expertise along with a strong passion for what they teach.
Job Training
Hiring and job training happen through a collaboration between our HR department, leaders, and CSC University. Ongoing internal education is led by our top instructors and leaders. We also bring in outside specialists and/or send staff and leaders to professional development events.
Our Leadership Team
Jessie Dhillon, General Manager
In June of 2024, CSC Founder Dave Peterson and his wife Anne sold CSC to Rocket Youth Brands. They begin their retirement while also serving as advisors to CSC leaders as the company continues its mission and service to South Bay communities.
